I am hanging to use the knit leader on my knitting machine, but it didn't have the "felt pen" you are supposed to use. I have been searching the inter net for ideas on what to use and have found everything from Erasable markers (which I can not find), to chinagraph pencils. Here I am testing them so you don't have to :)
